The analysis

See what’s there.
Understand what it means.

These are different parts of one care process. The scan creates the images, Cleerly analyzes them, and your doctor helps you make sense of the findings.

01 / CCTA SCAN

Pictures of your heart’s arteries

A coronary CT angiogram, or CCTA, uses CT imaging and IV contrast to take detailed pictures of the arteries supplying your heart. It can show plaque buildup and narrowing.

Paid separately to the imaging provider through MDsave.

02 / CLEERLY ANALYSIS

A detailed look at plaque

Cleerly uses software to assess the amount, type, and location of plaque in your CCTA images. Plaque is buildup inside artery walls. The analysis gives your doctor more information about your coronary artery health.

Your analysis service and your imaging appointment are paid separately. The $500 deposit is part of the analysis price, not an additional charge.

Your doctor guides any additional analysis.

An ischemia assessment helps evaluate the likelihood of reduced blood flow to the heart. It adds $100 if recommended. You do not need to select it yourself.

How it works

Your path through
the process.

You choose and book your imaging facility using the MDsave link. Gillett Health handles your order, physician review, and Cleerly submission. Sage Bio hosts your report.

  1. Sage Bio · Gillett Health

    1. Submit request and pay deposit

Complete the request form at the end of this page. Gillett Health will follow up with next steps and payment instructions. The $500 deposit is applied toward your analysis service and is required before your CCTA order is initiated.

  2. MDsave

    2. Book and pay for imaging

Gillett Health provides the MDsave link. You choose a facility, arrange your appointment, and pay for imaging separately through MDsave. Prices and availability vary by location.

  3. Gillett Health

    3. Complete your scan

After your CCTA, a Gillett Health doctor reviews the imaging and recommends plaque analysis alone or additional ischemia analysis. The office notifies you of the recommendation.

  4. Gillett Health · Cleerly

    4. Submit for Cleerly analysis

Pay the remaining $250, or $350 if the ischemia add-on is recommended. Staff obtain the necessary records and submit them to Cleerly after payment.

  5. Gillett Health · Sage Bio

    5. Receive results and visit with a doctor

Your report is available in the Sage Bio Visualizer and Gillett Health notifies you when results are ready, typically 3–7 business days after records are accepted and analysis is processed. You then schedule your included virtual consultation with a Gillett Health doctor to review the findings and discuss any recommended next steps.

A clinician can help decide whether CCTA would be useful based on your health history, risk factors, or stable symptoms already being evaluated. A family history of heart disease may be a reason to start that conversation.

CCTA involves radiation and IV contrast, so screening matters. Your imaging facility may also complete its own safety review.

No. That price covers the Cleerly plaque analysis and Gillett Health services described above. You pay for the CCTA scan separately through MDsave. Your combined cost is the analysis service plus the facility’s imaging price, plus $100 if additional ischemia analysis is recommended.

No. Your Gillett Health doctor determines whether an additional ischemia assessment may be appropriate. It helps assess the likelihood of reduced blood flow to the heart. If recommended, ask the team to explain the findings and confirm the additional $100 charge before proceeding.

The $500 deposit goes toward your $750 analysis service. It is not an extra fee. Before paying, ask Gillett Health for the written refund and cancellation terms, including what happens if you are not eligible, no suitable facility is available, you cancel, or your scan cannot be analyzed. Imaging purchases have separate terms through MDsave and the facility.

Use MDsave to search locations and contact facilities directly about availability and order requirements. Gillett Health provides the search link but does not locate or book facilities for patients. If you cannot find a suitable option, contact the office with questions before purchasing imaging or proceeding further.

Image quality and scan requirements can affect whether analysis is possible. Contact Gillett Health to discuss the available next steps. Do not book a repeat scan without clinical guidance. Ask the team to explain any repeat-imaging charges and how your analysis payment would be handled before proceeding.

The full timeline depends on when you book your scan, imaging availability, and records transfer. Cleerly results typically return to the office within 3–7 business days after the imaging records are received and accepted. Gillett Health notifies you when results are ready; you then schedule your virtual follow-up.

Your imaging facility will provide preparation instructions and complete its safety screening. CCTA uses X-rays and IV contrast. Tell the clinical team about pregnancy, kidney problems, contrast reactions, and medications through its clinical intake process. Follow the facility’s instructions for your appointment.

The prices on this page are self-pay prices. Confirm insurance reimbursement and HSA/FSA eligibility with your insurer or plan administrator before paying. Ask Gillett Health about the analysis-service payment options and MDsave about payment options for the separate scan. Coverage and reimbursement are not guaranteed.

Ask Gillett Health to review whether your existing scan can be used before purchasing this service or booking another scan. Acceptance depends on clinical needs and whether the images meet analysis requirements.

You do not need to already have Sage Bio lab results. Your report is made available in the Sage Bio Visualizer, the online place to view your results. If you are new to Sage Bio, contact help@sagebio.com for account-access guidance.

You select the facility and arrange your scan using MDsave. Gillett Health initiates your order after the deposit, reviews your scan, and tells you which analysis is recommended. If you proceed and pay the balance, staff obtain the records and submit them to Cleerly. When the office notifies you that results are ready, you schedule your virtual results consultation.
