Sage Bio was founded by Kyle Gillett, M.D., James O'Hara, N.P., and Taylor Martin D.O. to address a fundamental problem with the traditional healthcare system: insurance-driven lab testing focuses on diagnosing disease after it appears rather than preventing disease and optimizing health.
They also realized that the highest quality lab tests were not available direct to consumer, that most individuals do not understand what their lab results mean and that traditional lab reports have become stale as they have not changed in decades. The founders created Sage Bio to solve these problems within their own practice.
After realizing how powerful of a tool it was, they wanted to provide it to the general public. Specifically, Sage Bio provides expertly designed high-quality lab panels directly to consumers, built using the most accurate assays available and thoughtfully selected markers that avoid unnecessary testing and high false positives. Our panels are offered at a fair price and designed to deliver information that actually matters. All lab panels at Sage Bio come with complimentary access to state-of-the-art AI tools that help turn complex data into clear actionable results.

We don't bill insurance, instead we offer transparent, discounted cash rates. Lab testing may be HSA/FSA eligible, but coverage varies by plan. We recommend confirming eligibility with your plan administrator before using to purchase.

Lab draws through our partner, LabCorp, are available in all 48 contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).
No follow-up appointments are included. You can schedule consultations through Gillett Health for additional services.
Lab results typically take 10-14 days. Results appear in your account within 24 hours after LabCorp releases the final report.
Your results upload to the Sage Bio Visualizer, where you can view them anytime via your account login.
Please allow up to 15 minutes after the upload for the full analysis to complete. If they're still missing, contact support.
